February Sucks!

Monday night- after another day of no school😡- I let Gracie hang out in the tub to get some sensory play.

I had almost given a computer hacker $200 because of a computer virus so I was already stressed. So I wasn't paying attention to her like I should have been.

It didn't help that an encore of the last three episodes of Breaking Bad was on the Tv either. 

Anyway she slunk her way into the shower and stole Chris' shaving cream and was having a blast with it in the tub!

But that wasn't the bad part😜

When I went to get her I saw red. At first I thought she had gotten into my lipstick, but then I realized she was bleeding. A nosebleed would have been one thing but she had cut, somehow , the tip of her nose and it Would Not stop bleeding!!!!!

So we sat on the floor and went though a box of tissues and 2 cold compresses and it still bled. 

Finally I dressed her in case I had to take her to the emergicenter and I put ice on it. Then Chris came home and she let HIM put a bandaid on it. Every time I even said "bandaids " she would start up crying. I figured it was because I was starting to talk about the "doctor"that she must have decided "bandaid" was better than "doctor"!😝

So this is what all the fuss was about . It doesn't look that bad but it was a sharp scrape. After I put her to bed, I went to bed. For an autistic child, a minor booboo can be a major crisis.
